EVENTS

  • The Season of Lent continues with midweek Lent services held Wednesdays at 7PM, for the next five weeks. Midweek Lent services begin this Wednesday (3/12) and will be preceded by a supper at 5:45. The youth of St. Paul are serving the first Supper. This includes all of our youth confirmation students, AND any high school youth who would like to help us—pastor is planning on the help of the youth this Wednesday. Join us!!

  • Lenten Suppers. There is a signup sheet in the narthex for Lenten suppers, which will be offered starting Wed, March 12. If you or a group of individuals from the Church would like to host one of these suppers, we would be thankful! We only ask that the suppers be SIMPLE (budget-friendly for you and, appropriate to the penitential nature of the Lenten season).

  • Confession/Absolution will be offered Sundays in Lent from 6:30-7:30AM and Wednesdays in Lent from 5:45-6:15PM in the sanctuary. The sanctuary will be marked off limits at these times, to give privacy to the pastor and penitents. Come to the pastor’s study and wait until pastor invites you into the sanctuary. In all, Confession usually takes 5 minutes. The benefit of private Confession and Absolution is to hear the word of forgiveness pronounced directly toward those sins which we know and feel in our hearts. The pastor is bound by his office never to divulge the sins confessed to him. No appointment is required; all are invited.

  • Pastor Yeager will be away for the 8th grade Confirmation retreat, March 13-16 in Indianapolis. Each year, the pastors of the Wyneken Association take the 8th graders on a fourday retreat for catechesis and fellowship. Please pray for safe travels. And, please direct any pastoral concerns to Pr. Brege at 260-223-1962.

  • Recovering and Homebound members. Some have asked for the addresses of the recovering and homebound, to send cards, letters, etc. For a list of addresses to send, please send us a message ON OUR CONTACT PAGE HERE! 👈
