• +Poinsetta sales through Wyneken are offered on behalf of the 6th grade class as a fundraiser for their trip to Washington, DC. Pick up a copy of the poinsettia order form or talk to our 6th grader Xadrian Brune for more information.

• +Landscaping Work Day - SAVE THE DATE: Saturday, Nov 7 at 9:00 AM. We’re putting in new landscaping at Wyneken and we need volunteers! More hands means the job gets done faster and costs less. Bring gloves and a shovel if you have them. More details coming soon! (image below to share

• +Veteran's Day Program - Mark your calendar: Tuesday November 10th @ 1:00 PM

• +4th grade substitute teacher NEEDED, beginning in the month of March through the end of the school year. Our own Taylor Selking is expecting—congratulations! If you have any interest in finishing out the year as a substitute 4th grade teacher, please speak with Casey Nidlinger.

• +SCRIP orders. SCRIP is one of the easiest ways to support Wyneken, and it doesn’t cost you anything extra! You are buying gift cards for the groceries, gas, and everyday shopping needs. This round of SCRIP will pay for new indoor recess materials, and with colder weather on the way, our kids will put it to good use.   Youth/District/Community

• +Sunday, October 25; 2-6 p.m. – Corn Maze and More at Amazing Fall Fun. Indiana’s largest corn maze and many other attractions await at Amazing Fall Fun in Waterloo. Bring $15 and a friend at 2 p.m. to the Bingen parking lot. Parents, contact your pastor if you are willing to drive.

• +Martini Lutheran Church’s Fall Rummage and Bake Sale will be on Thursday, October 29, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Come back Friday, October 30, from 8 a.m. to noon for the bag sale! 333 MOELLER ROAD, NEW HAVEN, IN 46774

• +Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Ossian is excited to invite your congregation to attend or participate in our Christmas Sip & Shop Market on Sunday, November 1st from 10:30-2 p.m. We are reaching out to surrounding churches who may have members that create, craft, bake, or run small businesses and would enjoy being part of a warm, festive community event. This is our first year hosting the market and would love to include vendors from your church family. Vendor Booth Fee is $25 for a 10 x 10 space. Vendors must bring their own table for this event.
